Business Class Cocktail Function
This package is inclusive of a chef to prepare and present each item onto platters. The package also includes one staff member per 40 guests you are booking for to wait on your guests for the nominated times shown in the drop down box. Please note our minimum numbers for this package is 40 guests.
VICTORIA ONLY: We have a very unusual condition on our Liquor License that allows us to setup a mobile bar and sell Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic. Give us a call to discuss options!
Business Cocktail Options - Savory
- Mini Angus beef cheeseburger – golf ball sized roll with a mini beef patty, cheese, pickle and sauce.
- Pulled pork slider – moist pulled pork with crunchy coleslaw and barbeque sauce.
- Crumbed camembert – segments of camembert cheese, crumbed twice and served hot (V)
- Tiger prawns – crunchy prawns wrapped in prosciutto with Béarnaise sauce (GF)
- Mini fish goujons – beer battered barramundi fillets with Tartare sauce
- Pork belly squares – finger licking good! Everybody loves the juicy flavours of crisp pork belly (GF)
- Lamb shank – trendy little bowls with a smooth potato mash topped with braised lamb shank (GF)
- Spicy Asian meatballs - chilli and coriander meatballs with spicy tomato relish
- Beef mignons – beautiful mini pieces of eye filled, wrapped in bacon with a red wine glaze (GF)
- Crumbed calamari – served with sea salt and lemon aioli

- Thai beef salad mini noodle box - strips of beef served in a classic Thai beef salad (GF)

- Signature Tartlets - rectangle shortbread tarts in three decadent fillings - lemon passionfruit, berry preserve with elderberry cream and chocolate whiskey ganache.
- Lemon curd two-bite tartlet (GF) - Fresh lemon curd dolloped onto vanilla almondine, very moreish!
- Raspberry Jim Jams (GF) - Innovative raspberry almond cake filled with a vanilla fudge, berry compote and topped off with a raspberry macaron.
- Caramel Peanut Jim Jams (GF) - Chocolate almond cake filled with peanut butter fudge, gooey caramel and topped off with a caramel macaron.
- Ice Breaker Tarts – lemon, choc bounty, mandarin, choc hazelnut praline and caramel nut tarts
- Lamington Bites Platter - moist jam filled vanilla butter cake, choc dipped and coated in shredded coconut.
