Refund Policy


Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our products most of our products are exempt from being returned or refunded, unless there has been a mistake in processing your order on our behalf.

We understand that mishaps unfortunately do occur - if the error is due to a mistake on our behalf please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, our delivery driver will visit to collect the incorrect products, that must be in the same condition that you received them, and refund will be provided for the affected products. Items that have been consumed may be eligible for a partial refund.

As majority of our orders are repeat orders, we realise the ongoing nature of our relationship with clients - should you wish to provide any feedback to Border Catering on any particular order, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your order.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
